First name, last name, address, phone number, email address, tax identification number: this information will be requested at the time of payment for the service in order to process everything related to the client.

Name, phone number, and email address for the newsletter: with the express and voluntary consent of the data subject, the website will request the minimum information necessary to send an automated commercial newsletter, which will include advertising, promotions, and other information about the services and/or products offered by annaraventos.net.

Email address: will be requested in order to access the client area, according to the data provided when creating the account.

NEWSLETTER-RELATED POLICIES

These policies shall at all times be understood as complementary to the terms and conditions displayed on the website, and both shall apply equally in the event of a dispute. The privacy policy and intellectual property policy applied will be the same as set out in the website’s terms and conditions.

“Newsletter” shall be understood as the digital bulletin that annaraventos.net periodically produces and delivers to subscribers through an external email service provider, to which the user has voluntarily subscribed.

DURATION OF PROCESSING

For personal data provided for invoicing and the purchase of products or services, the data will be retained for the legally applicable period.

For personal data provided for electronic commercial newsletters and blog comments, the data will be retained for as long as the data subject wishes to remain on the subscription list. Therefore, the data subject may unsubscribe at any time, automatically as indicated in each newsletter, or by writing to info@annaraventos.net.
